Raghda Ezzeldin is a dedicated mathematics researcher and educator with over six years of experience teaching mathematics at both high school and university levels. A CFA® charter holder, she transitioned from a successful career in finance to follow her passion for teaching and inspiring students to appreciate the beauty and elegance of mathematics.
Raghda has taught IB Mathematics (Analysis and Approaches) at Ecole Oasis International and has worked as a mathematics researcher and teaching assistant at Eastern Mediterranean University, where she instructed courses ranging from Calculus and Discrete Mathematics to Algorithms and Statistics. She has been an IB Mathematics tutor with Swiss Science Tutors since 2022, supporting students in both the IB and Swiss programs.
She holds an MSc in Mathematics (with Thesis) from Eastern Mediterranean University and a BSc in Mathematics and Philosophy (First-Class Honours) from Keele University. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she also has an intermediate level of Spanish.
Outside of academics, Raghda is a passionate freediver, holding four national records, and has been recognised as one of the “100 Most Inspiring Women” by the BBC in 2018.
